1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the oklv platform and all services operated under it. By browsing the oklv website, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the platform.

The words "member", "you", or "user" in this document refer to any person registered with oklv. "oklv", "platform", or "we" refers to the entity operating oklvbet.cam.

These Terms may change at any time. oklv will always publish the latest version on this page. Members will be notified of major changes. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with oklv, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must register with accurate and complete information.
• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited.
• The name, mobile number, and payment details used on the account must be your own.
• You must keep your account username and password completely confidential.

If any false or misleading information is found in the details provided at registration, oklv reserves the right to close the account at any time and all balances in that account may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If a third party gains access to your account, you must notify the oklv support team immediately.

3 Identity Verification

oklv reserves the right to verify the identity of members to ensure security and protect accounts. The verification process may be initiated particularly for withdrawal requests, large transactions, or suspicious activity.

3.1 Required Documents

As part of identity verification, oklv may request the following documents:

• A photo of your National ID card or passport
• A document proving your current address
• The number or screenshot associated with your payment method

Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. All information provided is stored securely and is not shared with third parties without cause, in accordance with oklv's Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are currently available for deposits and withdrawals on oklv. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 10 to 45 minutes

4.2 Deposit Rules

Deposited funds should be added to your oklv account immediately. If there is a delay for any reason, contact the support team with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

When requesting a withdrawal, your account must have sufficient withdrawable balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the applicable wagering requirements are met. Processing may take up to 45 minutes.

oklv reserves the right to hold large withdrawals until the account verification process is complete. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

oklv provides bonuses and promotional offers to members from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which must be followed precisely.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• When a bonus is issued, it must be claimed manually — if it is not added automatically, contact the support team.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Unused bonuses are forfeited once they expire.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or other irregular means will result in cancellation.
• oklv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

oklv offers various types of games including casino games, sports betting, and live casino. All games are conducted fairly.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• oklv reserves the right to cancel any bet incorrectly accepted due to a technical error.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection or device issue, oklv will settle it in accordance with the applicable rules.
• In sports betting, if clearly incorrect odds are published, the affected bets may be cancelled.

6.2 Sports Betting

For bets on cricket, football, and other sports, final settlement will occur after the official authority announces the match result. If a match is abandoned or postponed, oklv will settle bets according to its own rules.

6.3 Live Casino

In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. In the event of a technical error, settlement will follow the game provider's policy.

7 Responsible Gaming

oklv encourages members to enjoy games in a healthy and controlled manner. Gaming is entertainment — not a way to solve financial problems. By following oklv's Responsible Gaming guidelines, you can set your own budget, limit your sessions, and take breaks when needed.

• Do not bet beyond your financial means.
• Avoid repeatedly betting in an attempt to recover losses.
• No one under 21 may use this platform. It is your responsibility to prevent minors from accessing your account.
• If you experience any gaming-related problems, contact the oklv support team — they will assist with self-exclusion or setting limits.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oklv platform:

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's bank account or mobile wallet.
• Playing games or placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to intrude into or hack oklv's systems.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Harassing other members or oklv staff.
• Operating an account under a false identity or someone else's identity.

If any such activity is proven, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited. The relevant authorities may be informed if necessary.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

oklv reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• A serious breach of these Terms.
• If registration with false information is proven.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• If suspicious or unusual transaction patterns are detected.
• For security-related reasons.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may also request account closure through the oklv support team. If there is a withdrawable balance, it must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

10 Limitation of Liability

oklv is committed to providing the highest quality of service. However, oklv will not be liable in the following situations:

• A game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, device issues, or failure of a third-party service.
• A temporary interruption to the service caused by an unexpected technical error.
• Account damage by a third party resulting from the member's own negligence or failure to secure their password.
• Any indirect or consequential loss.

The oklv platform is provided on an "as is" basis. oklv does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, but will always endeavour to resolve issues promptly.

11 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint with oklv, first contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Support is available in both Bengali and English.

After a complaint is raised, oklv will investigate and attempt to provide a resolution as quickly as possible. The member must supply the relevant transaction details and evidence.

12 Changes to Terms
